Professional Background
Kenny graduated from Bridgewater State College in 2008 with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. While in school he became a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditional Specialist. His first training job was at a private training facility where he worked 1-on-1 with all different types of clients:clients looking to lose weight, improve strength, improve physique, rehab injury, etc. He has had the pleasure of working with a wide array of clientele including everyone from athletes to grandparents. Around the same time, he discovered CrossFit and adopted its’ philosophy and techniques. He was amazed at CrossFit’s efficacy and had never seen such results with any other program. He then began implementing CrossFit with his clients. After working at Fitness Together for a few years, he left and became a trainer at Caritas Health and Wellness Center in Norwood. During his time there, he created multiple CrossFit style boot-camps as well as a jiu-jitsu program for kids.

Personal Background
Kenny has been involved in physical training ever since he was a kid. At the age of 7 he started training in karate. This started him on his lifetime pursuit of physical excellence. After he received his blackbelt at the age of 18, he switched to a more dynamic and applicable art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He quickly excelled in the art and began to compete in full contact fighting and submission wresting tournaments after one year of training. Kenny has over seven years of competition and teaching experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission wresting. Kenny is a member of team “Aggression” and trains under UFC Fighter Joe Lauzon.
