“CrossFit Total” is the WOD for Monday September 19, 2011
Clear your schedules and make sure you can come to CrossFit Torque on Monday September 19, 2011 to complete the“CrossFit Total”!
What is the “CrossFit Total (CFT)” you may wonder? According to CrossFit, Inc. “the CrossFit Total reflects an athlete’s functional strength capacity more accurately than any other test. It is the sum of the best of three attempts at the [back] squat, the press, and the deadlift.” You complete a 1-1-1 for each the back squat, press and deadlift (with a few warm-ups before hand).

The CF Games North East Regional is tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday at Reebok in Canton, MA.
Anyone that wants to come hang out and watch, we will have a tent there. Feel free to get Amanda’s cell # from the gym to meet up with her!
