Welcome to CrossFit Torque!

Are you new to CrossFit?  Try out our Free Intro Class

Getting started at CrossFit Torque is easy. We offer a FREE Introductory class Saturday mornings at 8:00am.

This class will begin with one of our trainers taking you through a warm-up and stretch, followed by a short instructional session on CrossFit. We will present you with a Workout of the Day (“WOD”) that is scaled to your skill level. The class will conclude with a short Q&A session. You can expect this class to last approximately 45-60 minutes.

Don’t worry if a Saturday morning does not fit in your schedule as we will be more than happy to set up a private introduction at your convenience. Simply contact us to get started.

Foundation Course (Mandatory)

Our CrossFit Foundations Course is designed to familiarize those who want to participate in group classes with the core movements and concepts. We will learn the major strength lifts and additional functional movements. The course will end with a workout consisting of everything you learned in this course.

We realize that one Saturday morning is not enough time to truly master these movements, however we only intend this to be a beginning to what will be an ongoing quest to perfect these movements. This is why we require everyone to complete our Foundations Course before joining any of our group classes.

The Foundations Course is completed all at once, at a one time cost of $120. The Foundations Course is only offered on Saturdays from 10am-12:00pm. Certain individuals may be asked to continue additional 1-on-1 training before entering into our group classes.

Group Classes

Upon your successful completion of the Foundations Course you will have access to all of our group classes. Group classes allow you to work along side others racing against the clock with the same goal of completing the prescribed workout. Group classes cause you to push yourself harder than when working out alone, however they are non-competitive. Come experience the camaraderie of like-minded individuals working together in the common pursuit of physical excellence.

Group classes typically consist of 2-8 athletes, involving a warm-up, skill and/or strength component, and metabolic conditioning. Our trainers will be there every step of the hour to ensure quality training. You can expect this class to last approximately 45-60 minutes. Private 1-on-1 Training

For those who prefer, or require, the personal attention of a trainer, private 1-on-1 training is the best option. This program offers individual fitness programming based on individual goals and needs, and most importantly accountability to keep you on track. You will train alongside a trainer working towards improving all aspects of your fitness. Whether your goal is performance or weight loss, trainers will provide you nutritional advice or dietary tracking.
