Front lever on the Rings

Strength:

Turkish Get-up (TGU) 1-1-1-1-1, work up to 1 rep max, must be completed for both arms

Workout of the Day (WOD):

“Annie”

50-40-30-20-10 reps of

Double-Unders

Sit-ups

Compare results to February 18, 2011 when we first did “Annie”. Post TGU weight and “Annie” WOD results to comments. Be sure to specify if you scaled the workout.
